I called the plumber & he answered immediately. He came over that day to give me an estimate. He showed up at the scheduled date, on time, and did an excellent job for the price he quoted, which was quite reasonable. Very helpful. I will recommend to others who need a plumber.

We had a VERY leaky kitchen faucet – the counter, the cabinet and the floor were all involved. We were not sure if it could be fixed or needed replacing. We contacted Jesse Geyer (JCG Plumbing and Heating’s owner) and he spent some time with us over the phone, then came out to assess the actual issue and determined that the faucet was beyond repair and asked that we order a new one. While doing the assessment the valve for the hot water under the sink broke. Jesse came out two days later and installed our new faucet and fixed the broken valve.
All went very well. Jesse comes prepared with various parts in his truck, works effectively and picks up after himself. He is knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He offered tons of sound advice for our house-maintenance-challenged selves! He even helped us with a small bathroom conundrum while he was here.
He is reasonably priced and charged us what he originally quoted. He did not charge for a couple of parts he put in and put silicone sealant in an area we had had trouble with.
Our kitchen sink area looks great again!
We realize this was not a large job, so we had been worried that we would find no one to address it in a timely fashion. Jesse to the rescue! We recommend Jesse without reservation and will hire him in a heartbeat should we have any plumbing issues

I am guessing that I have totaled about $6000 or $7000 over the past five or so years with Jessie, but I have used him a lot! We have redone 2 bathrooms (starting the third soon), a Kitchen, removed & re-installed radiators, and will be having him replace the main stack in our house within the next few months – You name it & we have called him for it. Jessie has always done a great job for us, shows up on time, cleans up afterwards, and is very fair when it comes to what he charges. He made a big impression several years ago when we called him to install a line for our ice maker for a new fridge. He originally quoted us $150 over the phone, and when he got here, he said it had taken him less time than he had thought so he ended up charging us $125. I had never heard of a plumber charging less than the original quote. From that point on, he has been our go-to guy because he does consistently solid work and I feel like I can trust that his charges are fair and reasonable.

Jesse was right on time and took the time to explain what was needed for him to do the job. He was well prepared because he asked me to take a picture of under the sink so he could assess what he needed ahead of time. He quoted me an estimate over the telephone, but reduced the price by $100 at the work site saying the job was not as complicated as he expected it to be. I’ve already given out 4 of his business cards to my neighbors and plan to have him install a whole house sediment filter..
